The White Oak Bicycle Cooperative is a volunteer-run non-profit 501(c)(3) bicycle organization with a mission to improve the health and wellbeing of the community by increasing access to bicycles, repair services, and safety education, focusing on children, low-income households, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
